My items arrived damaged, what should I do?Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order, via our contact us page. please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.

Do you offer Refunds and exchanges?Please read our returns and shipping policy. Some products are non-refundable. Hanlux reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

Can I visit your shop?Hanlux invites you to discover its beautiful Studio and Gift shop in the heart of Kings Hill Industrial Estate, Bude, EX23 8QN. Opening hours: From Monday to Friday, from 09:30 am to 2:30 pm. Saturday 10am to 2pm. Closed on Bank holidays.

I put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Hanlux will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
